I’m a CIPD-qualified Recruitment VA with a background in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR and business support. After eight years in executive search, I saw first-hand how much time recruiters, founders and hiring managers lose to the recruitment process and the admin that comes with it.
I started Mapped & Managed because I love the process, structure and detail required to recruit and run a business effectively. For the businesses and founders I work with, time is of the essence — they don't have time to format CVs, map talent effectively or keep on top of their advertising as well as balance being on the phone, interviewing and having a personal life.
