Hi, I’m Jess!

I’m a CIPD qualified virtual assistant with a background in recruitment, HR and business support. After eight years working in executive search and talent acquisition, I saw first-hand how much time recruiters, executives and businesses lose to admin-heavy tasks. I started Mapped and Managed to change that - giving clients back their time so they can focus on growth, customers and themselves.

I combine recruitment expertise with a love of organisation to deliver support that’s both strategic and practical. That might mean managing inboxes, streamlining CRM’s, mapping out talent or onboarding customers.
